The board is going to get very cluttered if there's a thread for every video. Eventually when single posts going to subjects that can be grouped up into threads builds up, things will be hard to keep track of. This thread doesn't have to be stickyed mods, its better not to. But for subjects like videos and other media, it's better to have them all in one place.

So let's kick this baby off...

<embed allowScriptAccess="always" src="http://www.shoutfile.com/emb/Ci9sCMbW" allowFullScreen="true" width="400" height="300" border="0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" />

I was thinking the same thing... but I think it's best if Mike B makes a new forum specifically for videos.

So, along with the "Bada Bing" and "Forum Support" forums, there would also be a "Videos" forum.

Then the threads that already have videos in the "Bada Bing" forum could just be moved to the new video-specific forum.

Trust me, it'll work. You want the majority of your board members in the most popular forum section. It keeps the talk fresh and the board doesn't get inactive because people are crisscrossing all over the forums. Especially since we are the beginners of this thread, we're going to see it get bigger and bigger and realize how complicated things could be in the future if we don't organize things.

Okay... I trust ya.
I was just thinking that if we have a single thread that has a bunch of different videos in it, then it may become confusing as to which video the comments are about (if you've noticed, a lot of the users on this forum aren't using the "Quote" feature to give a callback to what they're commenting about).

They'll learn. Either that or we should post a how to thread. Lemme dig one up.

too many different categories, I don't think it'll work. "Official" threads should be specialized

ok,.. so then do a "Random video" and "News" thread... that usually works,.. unless you wanna get more specific,.. like with the commercial videos and such...

yea eventually I'll break the forum into sub forums - just to get a forum started keeping it all centralized works best>

but maybe have it where anything that is talked about on the show or suggested as topics for the show stay in "bada bing", and maybe after a couple days is moved to a "video" forum?
