The boy who was suspended from Haverhill's Silver Hill Elementary School twice for making sexual comments to three girls returned to class Thursday.

"It's not the 11-year-old's fault. I don't think he understands. He should be allowed in school," said Gina Alziab, a parent.

The boy's grandmother said he was merely quoting from the show. In a letter to the school committee, she wrote that "there was never any sexual intent or comment made." But the girls' parents are outraged and have taken legal action against the boy.

"When we first got the letter from the parent he asked us to keep the boy out of class. That has been granted. The fact that this escalated beyond that, I don't understand how that happened," School Committee President Kerry Fitzgerald said.

Fitzgerald received another letter saying, "I want to know specifically what will be done to ensure that my daughter is not exposed to further harm by this boy."

The father is not the only one critical of the superintendent's handling of this situation.

"If a student is saying to another sexually explicit terms of what they want to do and things like that, I think we have to take it seriously. This is a young age that this is happening. This needs to stop so it doesn't escalate as these kids get older," School Committee Vice President Scott Wood Jr. said.

The superintendent told NewsCenter 5 there is a plan in place to deal with this situation and that he's confident about the safety of students in this school.

what parent would let an 11 year old watch South Park? There is a reason why it is on so late at night

The only episode I let my 10 year old watch was the "wheel of fortune" one. We had a few brewskis and laughed our asses off!! j/k but seriously, where are these parents while their kids are watching television when they should be sleeping??? Hello parents....it's called parental controls for a reason!! I wonder what the boy said to the girls....it was probably some stupid ass comment that some yuppie parents are blowing out of proportion...

A friend of mine was telling me about a buddy of his that has to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life because he was camping, took a shit in the woods, and some little girl saw him and his junk hanging down. Her parents went ballistic and called the cops, etc.

Now see, if that were my husband and me...we'd just laugh our asses off and yell at our daughter for going in the woods by herself. I gues that makes me a bad parent...LOL

I also heard of some people seeing a guy pissing in public and having to register as a sex offender. When you pull up those sex offender maps like the one somebody here posted a link to a while back, it doesn't differentiate between the serial rapist and the 18 year old that had consentual sex with his 16 year old girlfriend that he went to school with. If I had my say, we wouldn't have to worry about making these distinctions because the people that truly are sex offenders would be fucking dead.

Let's not forget that Georgia sentenced then 17 year old Genarlow Wilson to *T E N Y E A R S* in prison for getting a consentual BLOWJOB from a 15 year old. Not to mention that this guy was just one of a group of five guys that this little slut blew at the same time.

Her parents went ballistic and called the cops, etc.something more had to be going on with that story. In most states you can drop your trousers and take a shit anywhere, they claim it is a bodily function that can't be stopped. Pissing on the other hand is considered stoppable so if you piss in public you will be charged for exposing yourself (sex crime).
