profiles!?
everyone has their own profile page and you get to it by clicking others user names or avatars, nicks is here:

you can leave a message, add as friend, see stats so on to get a big pic like that on your page, or the small one for under your name in posts you go to the USER CP (in above bar)

edit profile pic, edit avatar
and toy around in there for all other profile and account settings!
