hey go back to that page - and under the mp3 download it says NEW AVAIALBLE you can buy from another vendor, just out of stock at Amazon, hope this helps

You can just click on the CD title link on the Store page or Best Priceand it will take you to Amazon, right underneath you will see a seller named ACID TONGUE INC. Just buy it from there until Amazon receives their stock. This is Nick's company.

Both awesome cds, I bought both directly from Nick's site when they first came out. Hope to catch him live sometime. Other times I've missed due to working nights obviously.
